Studio Bootcamp

Looking for a more private and focused fitness experience, without the price tag of a personal trainer?
 

Come join me in my studio for a great workout in a supportive, encouraging environment. I offer one-hour classes for a small group of women (up to six per class) which allows me to focus on each participant’s individual goals, fitness level, safety, form, and alignment, while also encouraging a sense of camaraderie and accountability.

 

This class in an interval style circuit training using equipment such as the Pilates reformer, bosu balls, free weights, a cable machine, rebound trampoline and more. These total body workouts change from session to session in order to keep your muscles challenged and your body working at full capacity.

This fall 2024, I offer this class on:

 

Mondays at 6:30 - 7:30pm (now until December 16th 2024) 

No class on Monday November 25 2024

Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00pm (November 6 - December 18th 2024 = 6 sessions.

No class on Wednesday November 27 2024

​

There are 6 spots available. You can reserve your spot for each class ahead of time by looking at the calendar below. 
Cost: $35 per person per class.

I offer a package discount: If you pre pay for all your booked sessions ($5 each session).


Payments can be made online or in person.

Note: classes will be cancelled if less than 2 participants have booked.
