Welcome to my Outdoor Bootcamps!

 

My Outdoor Bootcamp class is the perfect way to change up your fitness routine and get the benefits of training outside in nature. You'll challenge your body and mind through a dynamic workout. You'll also get the chance to bond and motivate each other in a supportive group environment.

Come join us and experience the best in outdoor fitness!

 

I offer outdoor group workouts all year round.  Each workout is different (so you'll never be bored!) and consists of high intensity interval training, combining strength and aerobic based exercises to challenge your mind and body.

 

Exercising outside is one of the best healthy habit for our physical, mental and spiritual well being.

 I do not offer refunds. However, you can gift your sessions to someone.

Missed sessions are not carried over to the next season.

Upcoming Outdoor Bootcamps in Ottawa, Ontario: FALL 2024​
Classes run from September 4th - October 16th 2024 (7 sessions)
Wednesdays 6pm
Location: Ski Hill Park, Gloucester, Beacon Hill North
Cost: $15 per class

What you need to bring:
  • 2 resistance bands: (1 long one  & 1 small loop band)
  • A mat 
  • At least 1 liter of water
