About the Event
Butts and Guts - A class dedicated to toning of your abs and glutes. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles.
- Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
- Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
- Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit
- Water, towel
Equipment Needed
- a mat
- a small ankle band.

Note: This is a taught by Tanya Robertson virtually via Zoom. You will need to download the Zoom app or software to your home computer, laptop, ipad or smartphone. You will receive a link code in your confirmation email after paying for the class. Use this code to sign in to the class.
